Do you ship to all countries?
Currently, we only ship within the USA due to varying import laws in different countries. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. In the meantime, you can find our products through our store locator.
Is processing time separate from shipping time?
Yes, processing time is separate from shipping time. It may take 1-3 days for us to process and pack your order. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
How do I update my address if the order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, don’t worry. You can still update your address by using the USPS or UPS intercept service. These services allow you to request the Post Office or a carrier access point to hold the item until you can receive it.
I’m not able to receive the package – what do I do?
